No. We are a limited-membership community. Only registered users can use the tracker. Posting our torrents on other trackers is useless, since most people who attempt to download them will be unable to connect with us. This generates a lot of frustration and bad-will against us at Back-ups and will therefore not be tolerated.

Complaints from other sites' administrative staff about our torrents being posted on their sites will result in the banning of the users responsible.

(However, the files you download from us are yours to do as you please. You can always create another torrent, pointing to some other tracker, and upload it to the site of your choice.) BUT torrents with -Back-ups on the end are internal torrents and are not to be posted anywhere else!

Only Power users and above are able to upload torrents.

You must be able to provide releases that:

• have all files in extracted (no rars)
• you'll be able to seed, or make sure are well-seeded, for at least 72 hours or until they have 5 or more seeders
• you should have atleast 1MBit upload bandwith.
• Remember! Write your application carefully! Be sure to include your UL speed and what kind of stuff you're planning to upload.
